About the project
The intention of this web site is to provide relevant information from the monitoring project on hemcrete houses at Diss and Swindon for the sharing group as it becomes available and to provide a web based forum where the group can access reports and post comments. The material on this web site is intended for sharing by the group and is provided to promote discussion and learning on house construction using renewable materials. The reports and the contents remain the property of NNFCC and further publication or dissemination of the results is not permitted without the prior approval of NNFCC. There will clearly be differences between sites and designs and the intention is to highlight best practice and learning on design and construction methods rather than apportion criticism or blame. |
Membership of the sharing group will be required to operate in this spirit. The forum will also give interested parties the opportunity to comment on any issues and results before wider circulation over the lifetime of the monitoring project as public profile will inevitably increase. By registering your details on this web site you accept the conditions of not disseminating any reports or contents thereof outside the sharing group without the prior approval of NNFCC. For further information please contact Cathie Eberlin acting as monitoring project manager for NNFCC, or Dr John Williams of the NNFCC. For any technical aspects of the contents of reports on this web site please contact Dr Lubo Jankovic of Emission Zero R&D. |
